Pecking order opening night

Massive thanks to all who came to out last Friday to celebrate the opening of “Pecking Order”, in our brand new space. We have just about recovered from the evening’s festivities (🥂🥳🥴🤕) and can now reflect on what has been a jam packed 2 months. ⁣

From getting the keys back to the building at the start of September, right up until the day of opening, there has been a flurry of activity every day in the space. Walls and ceilings painted, equipment moved back in and re-assembled, cleaning, more painting of floors, more cleaning, moving really heavy equipment to get the ‘right’ placement, more painting, hanging the show, designing brochures, promoting the event, promoting our courses, more cleaning, more moving really heavy equipment, ordering wine and canapés, feeling overwhelmed…..⁣

But, now we are here and we couldn’t be more proud or delighted with the space. ⁣
⁣
There is still a lot more to do, but for now, that’ll do pig.⁣
