Seacourt Space Membership
Seacourt Studios first launched in October 2022, marking an exciting new chapter for our creative community. Since then, we have welcomed ten talented individual artists into the wider Seacourt family, each bringing their own unique skills and artistic vision. Our diverse group of residents includes painters, graphic designers, jewellers, animators, and sign writers, all contributing to a vibrant and inspiring environment.
Seacourt Studios continues to grow as a dynamic hub for creativity, fostering artistic excellence and a strong sense of community.



Spaces for professional artists
Our studios are housed in the upper three floors of our stunning, old bank building. Studio membership includes utilities, broadband etc. From January 2025 we are offering a ground floor accessible studio.
- Access from 7am to 11.45pm
- Minimum 12 month contract then on a rolling monthly contract
- No deposit
- Beautiful old bank building in the heart of Bangor

Whether you’re hosting a hands-on craft session, an educational talk, or a team-building activity, our facilities offer flexibility and comfort. With ample workspace, natural light, and essential amenities, we have the perfect venue to bring people together and foster creativity.

We know what we are doing and can be relied upon to provide a professional service as well as being friendly and approachable. Our spaces have been designed by creatives for creatives and offer quiet, intimate working spaces in buildings with character and charm to allow for productivity and creativity as well as community and collaboration. We aim to keep our services as affordable as possible so don’t offer free coffee/tea/ additional perks just try to offer really good service in nice spaces with nice people.
Eligibility
The vision of Seacourt Print Workshop is to focus on the needs of creative industry businesses. We want to help the creative industries grow in Northern Ireland, to be eligible for taking workspace within Seacourt you need to be working within the creative industries. Falling within the UK’s definition of the creative industries – ‘those industries that are based on individual creativity, skill and talent with the potential to create wealth and jobs through developing intellectual property’ – includes thirteen sectors: advertising, architecture, the art and antiques market, crafts, design, designer fashion, film, interactive leisure software (ie. video games), music, the performing arts, publishing, software, and television and radio. You will be asked to complete a short application form to ensure your eligibility before taking a space at Seacourt.
