Two studio spaces now available to lease in Seacourt
Exciting news! We are delighted to announce that we have two studio spaces now available to lease in Seacourt.
Seacourt Studios first launched in October 2022 and since then we have welcomed 10 individual artists to our wider Seacourt family. These include painters, graphic designers, jewellers, animators and sign writers. They inhabit the upper 3 floors of our beautiful bank building in the centre of Bangor.
The artists have brought a new vitality to our organisation, sharing skills and contributing much welcome revenue.
The two spaces we have available are:
Ground Floor Accessible Studio
Applications for the space will be open until the 28th Feb
Ideally we wish to allocate this space to someone who cannot access the upper floor studios due to disability or mobility issues.
- 10ft x 11.5ft
- One frosted window
- Corner storage cupboard
- Air conditioning and heat
- Plenty of electrical sockets
- LED lighting
- Accessible access to bathrooms and kitchen
- £175 per month.
First Floor Studio Space
First come, first serve basis – available now.
- 8ft 6” x 14ft3”
- One window looking out on to Main Street & Central Avenue
- Heat and light
- Access to bathrooms and small kitchen / coffee making on floor above.
- £165 per month
